difference between payment and fee

1) the act of paying someone or something or of being paid
     payment (for something)

2) an amount of money that has been or must be paid

fee - (төлбөр,төлбөр мөнгө)

1) an amount of money that you pay for professional advice or services
         ---- school fees
         ---- Cable TV subscribers pay monthly fees.
2) an amount of money that you pay to join an organization, or to do something
         ---- membership fees
